Coach Cienna Evans joins Loudoun Elite in the 2025-2026 season. She grew up playing volleyball starting at age 12. While growing up as a multi-sports athlete she fell in love with volleyball. She played for Oakton High School and U13-U18 for Chantilly Juniors. She started coaching in her senior year of high school due to not being able to play from an injury. Since then, she has been coaching volleyball for clubs in Northern Virginia and helping recreational organizations develop programing for all different ages and skills.
She head coached for NV Premier 14s, Vienna Elite 12s and then started coaching with Reggie Cruz as his assistant for the past 5 seasons at U15 and 16 for Vienna Elite and DMV Elite. She was the JV head coach and varsity assistant coach for South Lakes from 2020-2023 where they made the post season tournament every season. She Is currently the varsity assistant coach for Oakton High School. Coach Cienna also currently works in the Academic Office of the Madeira School, an all-girls private high school in Mclean.
