PRACTICE CANCELLATION POLICY: At Loudoun Elite Beach Volleyball, the safety of our athletes is our top priority. Practices are held rain or shine; however, we will cancel in the event of hazardous weather conditions. These include thunderstorms (lightning or thunder), sustained high winds, extreme heat (with high heat index warnings), poor air quality (AQI above 150), or unseasonably cold temperatures that pose a health risk during barefoot activity. We closely monitor trusted weather sources and will notify families at least 1.5 to 2 hours before practice if a cancellation is necessary.
