Focused defensive training designed to improve:

- On-court Communication
Goal: Learn not only how to make the play, but how to read the game and anticipate movement.

This is where athletes put their skills into action. Built around competitive gameplay and volleyball IQ with real-time coaching. Sessions include:
- 4v4 and 6v6 competition
- Competitive wash games
- Queen of the Court
- Situational games & Full matches
- Sideout & transition competitions
Goal: Maximize touches, decision-making, and high-pressure game execution.
