VOLLEYBALL COACH
(PART-TIME)

Loudoun County Volleyball LLC is hiring Volleyball Coaches for athletes ages 7 to 18.

Job duties include:
  • Running Club Tryout Prep Clinics for the designated team;
  • Conduct tryouts and player selection;
  • Follow the provided practice plan;
  • Plan and lead team practices;
  • Plan and lead conditioning sessions when needed;
  • Coach the designated team in scrimmages and tournaments;
  • Plan and lead camps and clinics when needed;
  • Plan and attend other related events;
  • Attend all club meetings;
  • Report to Indoor or Beach Volleyball Coordinator and Club Director or Assistant Club Director;

The part-time coach will primarily work in the Ashburn, VA, and surrounding areas of Loudoun County. Some out-of-state travel may be necessary for games. Coaching experience and volleyball playing experience are desired but not required. To apply email your resume to talktous@loudounelitevb.com.

PROFESSIONAL VOLLEYBALL COACH
(FULL-TIME)

Loudoun County Volleyball LLC is hiring a Volleyball Coach for athletes ages 7 to 18.

Job duties include:
  • Organizing and scheduling the volleyball season;
  • Coordinate travel for away games and tournaments;
  • Develop training protocols for all ages and levels;
  • Running Club Tryout Prep Clinics for the designated team;
  • Conduct tryouts and player selection;
  • Follow the provided practice plan;
  • Plan and lead team practices;
  • Plan and lead conditioning sessions when needed;
  • Coach the designated team in scrimmages and tournaments;
  • Plan and lead camps and clinics;
  • Plan and attend other related events;
  • Attend all club meetings;
  • Plan and develop expansion of club activities;
  • Report to Indoor or Beach Volleyball Coordinator and Club Director or Assistant Club Director;

The full-time coach will primarily work in the Ashburn, VA, and surrounding areas of Loudoun County. Some out-of-state travel may be necessary for games. A bachelor’s degree in Physical Education, Sports Sciences, or an equivalent field is required. Two or more years of experience in coaching volleyball and playing at a collegiate or professional level is required. To apply email your resume to talktous@loudounelitevb.com.
