Loudoun Elite Volleyball Club is a cornerstone of volleyball excellence in Northern Virginia. Step-by-Step Guide: All you need to know before registering for indoor tryouts
1. Check all the information about the upcoming indoor season: Club volleyball is a highly competitive environment, one that demands real commitment. Check all the info you need to know about our travel program and decide whether it is a good fit for you before registering for tryouts: 2027 Boys Travel Info.
2. Determine your athlete’s age group: Club volleyball age divisions are based on date of birth, not school grade. View the 2027 USAV Age Definition Chart.
3. Register for Loudoun Elite Volleyball tryouts: Complete your registration online. Tryout Registration.
4. Download and complete the Medical Release Form: Print, fill out, date, and sign the form (parent or legal guardian signature required).
We will keep the original hard copy at tryouts. Download the Medical Release Form.
5. Obtain a USAV/CHRVA Membership: Purchase the appropriate athlete membership through CHRVA. CHRVA Memberships.

Players who qualify for U17 but turn 18 by August 31, 2027, must purchase a U18 membership.

All U18 players, as well as U17 players who purchase a U18 membership, must complete the SafeSport Certification (details provided during registration).

Proof of membership (showing athlete’s name, USAV/CHRVA number, and expiration date) must be presented at tryouts.

You may show a digital copy or QR code on your phone as well as a hard copy.
- The membership must be current (not expired) and display the athlete’s name and date of birth. Memberships showing a parent’s name and/or date of birth will not be accepted.

6. Check-in prior to your tryout session: Online check-in for the 2027 Loudoun Elite Volleyball Tryouts is now open. Complete your check-in ahead of time to save time at the gym and ensure a smooth entry on tryout day.

Enter Athlete Information: Fill in the athlete’s full name, date of birth, age group, and contact details. Make sure all information matches the tryout registration.

Upload Required Documents:
- Proof of USAV/CHRVA current membership (showing valid dates, athlete’s name, and membership number).
- Completed and signed Medical Release Form (signed by parent or legal guardian).

Review and Submit: Confirm that both files have been uploaded successfully and all information is correct, then click Submit to finalize your check-in.

Confirmation: Once submitted, you’ll see a confirmation message on your screen—no additional email is needed.
