Loudoun Elite is proud to welcome Coach Brian Dryzga as its Coordinator of Leadership and Player Development for the 2026–2027 season. In this role, Coach Brian partners with coaches, athletes, and families to advance player development while fostering a culture of technical excellence, leadership, accountability, and character. A retired Marine Corps Colonel with more than 30 years of leadership experience and 25+ years in volleyball, Coach Brian is passionate about developing confident athletes and leaders who excel both on and off the court.

Volleyball Experience

– As a player: USA Junior Olympic pathway, High School Varsity, Collegiate Volleyball at Pennsylvania State University (NCVF/ECVA), and Semi-Professional Competition on the Northeast Region Grass Circuit.
– Coaching: Broad experience spanning collegiate, high school, club, private instruction, and specialty clinics. Specializes in technical skill development, positional training, game intelligence, video analysis, agility and plyometric training, and individualized player development, emphasizing strong fundamentals as the foundation for competitive success.

Professional Experience

Coach Brian retired from the United States Marine Corps as a Colonel after a distinguished 28-year career as a combat veteran, attack helicopter pilot, commanding officer, and senior executive leader. He has led organizations ranging from 500 to 14,000 personnel and brings that depth of leadership experience to executive coaching and organizational development, helping leaders build high-performing teams through leadership, culture, and operational excellence.

– B.S. in Business Management – Pennsylvania State University
– Master’s Degree in Organizational & Leadership Development
– Master’s Degree in National Strategy
