ROSEN GALOV

Coach Rosen Galov joins Loudoun Elite for the 2024-2025 season. Originally from Bulgaria, Coach Rosen brings over 25 years of playing experience and more than 9 years of coaching across multiple levels and age groups. He has played competitively as a Middle Blocker in Bulgaria, Canada, and the United States, participating in various recreational and competitive leagues. He began his coaching career in Northern Virginia with NVVA and Loudoun Youth Volleyball (LYV).  In 2021, he led the Seneca Ridge Middle School team to a championship title in the LYV Black Division.

Since moving to Northern Virginia, Coach Rosen has continued to grow his coaching career. He is currently in his second year as a coach at Dominion High School, working with the Freshman team and assisting the Varsity team. His passion lies in helping players grow both technically and mentally, with a strong focus on fundamentals, teamwork, and discipline.

Coach Rosen is excited to bring his international experience, strategic mindset, and positive energy to Loudoun Elite and to be part of a community that values excellence and development in youth volleyball.
