Coach Reggie Cruz joins Loudoun Elite for the 2025-2026 season. He has played and coached volleyball for over 30 years, in which 15 seasons were of coaching middle school boys and girls, 14 seasons of coaching high school Varsity and JV, and 19 years of coaching adult and juniors level club teams. He coached two teams to the Junior Olympics in 2008 – 18U and 2009 – 14U. In 2021, As the head coach, he led Vienna Elite U16 and took them to USAV Nationals with a bid. He is currently the head coach for Varsity at Riverside High School leading them to the state tournament every year being the head coach and winning the State Title in 2024.
Originally from Guam, Reggie Cruz played Varsity high school volleyball as a Middle Hitter for John F. Kennedy High School in Guam and for the Guam National team playing in international competitions governed by the IOC (International Olympic Committee). Coach Reggie moved to Northern Virginia and is now a Physical Education teacher and specializes in adaptive P.E.
